2025 is a particularly exciting year for RIXO: we are currently undergoing a full rebrand launching in September, and we will be returning to London Fashion Week that same month. This is a rare opportunity to be part of a pivotal moment in the brand's evolution--and gain real, hands-on experience at the heart of it.

Role Overview:





As a Graphic Design Assistant at RIXO, you will play a key support role within the Graphics and Creative Team. You'll gain hands-on experience working across a variety of design projects--from digital marketing assets and website content to packaging and campaign materials--helping bring the brand's evolving vision to life across all customer touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:



Support the creation of digital assets for RIXO's website, emails, and social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.) Assist in designing printed collateral including lookbooks, packaging, in-store displays, and POS materials Help maintain brand consistency across all visuals, especially during and after the September 2025 rebrand Collaborate with the wider Creative and Marketing teams to brainstorm ideas and bring campaigns to life Contribute to the creative development and execution of assets for our London Fashion Week show and related communications Organise and prepare design files for production, print, or digital distribution Assist with photo editing, retouching, and layout design as needed Take part in creative team meetings, offering fresh perspectives and contributing to concept development Provide general administrative and creative support to the design team

Requirements:

Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign essential; Figma, After Effects or Premiere Pro a plus) Strong foundation in layout, typography, colour, and composition Attention to detail and an organised approach to file management and deadlines Good communication and collaboration skills; able to work well within a team Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-moving fashion environment A strong interest in fashion, branding, and visual storytelling * A portfolio demonstrating creative thinking and technical ability across both print and digital
