Our opportunity:
BAFTA is seeking an enthusiastic Graphic Design Assistant to join and support the delivery-chain of creative brand output and assets across all our activity - from our world-renowned Awards and talent development programmes to our HQ at BAFTA 195 Piccadilly. You will work closely with and be task-managed by the Graphic Designer to ensure smooth delivery of outstanding design work that engages our audiences and promotes our work as a leading arts charity and membership organisation for the film, games and TV industries.
Acting as the key link between the small in-house design team, design agency, internal and external stakeholders and external suppliers, the role ensures projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest creative standard. The position combines elements of project management, client liaison and administrative tasks, enabling designers to focus on creative output while ensuring smooth workflows and efficient use of resources.

Who you are?
You'll have excellent computer skills including (at a minimum) Word and Excel and experience of database packages.
You'll be skilled in building relationships with stakeholders, balancing the needs of clients, creative work, and the design team.
Highly organised and self-motivated with an excellent eye for detail.
You'll be proactive in improving workflows, streamlining operations, and driving efficiency.
Able to process a lot of information and data quickly and accurately.
An excellent team player, with a strong work ethic.
Flexible, and able to work on multiple projects at once.
You'll be detailed-oriented with a commitment to quality assurance and creative excellence
Experience in software for graphic design, web/digital design and image manipulation
