Job Description

We're looking for a talented and imaginative Graphic Designer to join our Digital Operations Department in the Tyneside area. This role offers a unique opportunity to work across multiple industries, crafting visually compelling content for branding, marketing materials, digital campaigns, and social media assets.

You'll be instrumental in shaping the visual identity of our brands, working collaboratively with marketers, developers, and business leaders to ensure that all creative output aligns with our business objectives.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in graphic design, with a strong and versatile portfolio

Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma)

A solid grasp of typography, colour theory, and layout design

Experience designing for branding, marketing, and social media

The ability to translate complex business objectives into compelling visual designs

Strong communication skills, with the confidence to present and justify creative decisions

A collaborative mindset, thriving in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment

Prior experience in startups or multi-industry roles is a plus
