This role is based 1-2 days in our office in Hemel Hempstead, please note we are not currently looking for remote freelancers.

```Duties```
We are a small marketing agency and we are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs for our clients and ourselves.

- Collaborate with the team to develop design concepts and strategies
- Create eye-catching graphics, illustrations, and layouts for print and digital media
- Design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, social media posts, and email campaigns
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all design projects
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate innovative design techniques
- Conduct thorough research to understand target audience and competitors

```Qualifications```
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong portfolio showcasing your creative design skills. Additionally, the following qualifications are required:

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role
- Proficient in using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong understanding of graphic design principles and typography
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong understanding of print and digital requirements
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Pay: 25.00-35.00 per hour
