Job Description

Be part of something extraordinary

!

Welcome to The Other House, a visionary Residents' Club that blurs the lines between hotels, serviced apartments, and private members clubs. Our brand showcases the best of British design, with a strong emphasis on sustainability and cutting-edge smart technologies.

Naomi Heaton (Founder/CEO) recognised the desire for central London locations, super-smart interior design, and less and less of a need for full white-glove service. Instead, what residents wanted were all the benefits of living like a local but with access to hotel-style service.

With 2 locations, and more to come -The Other House is an expanding brand- with key locations across Central and West London including South Kensington, Covent Garden and Belgravia. While our initial focus is London, we are set to expand globally, catering to discerning business and leisure travellers.

Working at The Other House is truly unique. Here, you're not just an employee - you're a HouseMate. This means being part of a forward-thinking brand that values teamwork and collaboration within and across our all of departments. Shaping the experiences of both our Residents and your fellow HouseMates. Our core values define who we are and how we behave:

To Feel at Home, To Be in Control, To Leave a Lasting Impression, and To Make a Positive Impact.
