Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of visual design principles and be proficient in various design software. This role will involve creating compelling graphics for both digital and print media, contributing to branding efforts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality designs that align with our marketing strategies.

Duties

Develop and execute innovative graphic design solutions for branding, marketing, and advertising initiatives. Create engaging visuals including logos, illustrations, and motion graphics that resonate with target audiences. Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, and digital ads. Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) to produce high-quality graphics. Design user interfaces (UI) for websites and applications while ensuring a seamless user experience. Manage color theory and typography effectively to enhance visual communication. Participate in art direction and production design processes for various projects. Conduct photo manipulation and editing to ensure imagery aligns with brand standards. Stay updated on industry trends in graphic design, web design, and digital art to continuously improve skills. Present design concepts clearly to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into final designs.

Requirements

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Sketch, CorelDRAW, and Adobe After Effects. Strong understanding of web design principles including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and content management systems like WordPress. Experience in branding strategies and marketing campaigns. Familiarity with motion graphics and video editing techniques is a plus. Excellent presentation skills with the ability to articulate design concepts effectively. Knowledge of color management, color theory, typography, layout design, typesetting, print advertising, and sign manufacturing. Strong illustration skills with an emphasis on digital design aesthetics. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously. Pay: 27,500.00-35,000.00 per year
