Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the design process from concept to completion, ensuring that all visuals align with client goals and brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborates with clients to clarify the objectives of a project brief.

Discusses the media, software, and technology to be used.

Establishes a project timeline and budgetary constraints.

Conducts research on the project, including reviewing past similar work and comparing costs of different processes.

Creates sketches, scale drawings, models, colour schemes, and mock-ups to present to the client.

Makes necessary adjustments based on client feedback.

Prepares specifications and instructions for the realization of the project.

Coordinates with other production teams to ensure seamless integration with other elements, processes, and deadlines.

Produces or supervises the creation of the final product.

Handles other ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing your work. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is essential. Experience with video editing software is a plus. Strong understanding of digital design principles and best practices for online marketing. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously. A keen eye for detail and a passion for creativity in all aspects of design work.
