Graphic Designer & Front Desk Assistant (Part-Time)

Chelsea Pharmacy Medical Clinic, Sloane Avenue, London SW3

Hours:

Part-time -- 18 hours over 2 days onsite

optional 8 hours per week remotely or onsite (graphic design only)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic, well-presented, and personable

Graphic Designer

who will also support the

reception team

on select days. This is a unique opportunity for a creative individual who also enjoys front-of-house interaction, thrives in a professional environment, and can represent the clinic with poise and warmth.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design & Content Creation

Design marketing materials, digital assets, and printed brochures Create and schedule social media content (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) Work with management on brand development and campaigns Edit and adapt content for multiple platforms
Reception & Administrative Duties

Welcome and assist patients and visitors in a professional, courteous manner Answer phone calls and emails efficiently Coordinate appointment bookings using clinic systems Maintain a tidy and welcoming front-of-house area

Requirements:

Proven experience in

graphic design

and

social media content creation

Proficiency with tools such as

Canva

, Adobe Suite (or similar) Excellent verbal and written

communication skills

Confident, polished, and

well-presented

with a professional manner Reliable, organised, and able to multitask in a busy clinical environment Comfortable using digital tools and basic office software

Additional Details:

Days: 2 set days per week onsite (e.g., Tuesday & Thursday - negotiable) Extra hours available (up to 8/week) for remote or in-clinic design work Ideal for a creative professional looking for flexible, stable part-time work Training provided on clinic systems
