Role

Aman Essentials is seeking a Graphic Designer Sales & Marketing, to join our London Corporate Office.

Responsibilities

Design creative assets for campaigns, including social media, emails, banners, and ads that align with brand goals. Collaborate on visuals for seasonal launches, events, and promotions. Develop consistent, on-brand visuals that reinforce Aman's identity across all platforms. Maintain and update brand guidelines to ensure visual cohesion. Create compelling sales materials, presentations, and promotional content to support business development. Design brochures, lookbooks, and POS displays for product and service launches. Produce digital assets for social media, email, and web that reflect Aman's luxury aesthetic. Contribute to visual storytelling and multimedia content that enhances brand engagement. Optimize and manage digital assets for performance across platforms. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver design projects on time and within budget.

Requirements

Portfolio

: A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in marketing, branding, and sales-driven design, with a focus on layout, typography, and visual storytelling.

Luxury Market Experience

: Previous experience in luxury lifestyle, travel, or high-end retail industries, with an understanding of luxury consumer behaviour.

Technical Skills

: Proficiency in Adobe CS (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat Pro, Lightroom, XD) and Microsoft Office 365 Suite; experience with digital design tools for web and social media is a plus.

Brand & Marketing Strategy

: Knowledge of marketing and brand-building principles, with an ability to translate brand strategy into compelling visuals.

Sales Support

: Experience designing sales collateral and promotional materials that communicate value propositions effectively.

Project & File Management

: Strong organizational skills, with experience in managing multiple design projects from concept to delivery.

Collaborative Mindset

: A proactive approach to teamwork, able to collaborate across departments to understand objectives and deliver impactful design solutions.
