We're looking for a creative, proactive, and versatile Graphic Designer & Marketing Executive to join our small but dynamic marketing team. This is a dual-role position ideal for someone who loves bringing ideas to life through design but also enjoys being hands-on with day-to-day marketing activity.

You'll work on a wide range of projects, from designing digital and print assets to supporting campaign planning, social media, email marketing, events, and content creation. If you're highly creative, organised, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties and responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:



Graphic Design



Design and produce on-brand digital and print assets including product brochures, adverts, social media graphics, presentations, web banners, and exhibition materials. Create and manage website content for existing platforms (B2B and B2C). Collaborate with the team to create campaign visuals and develop creative concepts. Maintain brand consistency across all materials and channels. Manage design assets and artwork files for internal use and external suppliers.

Marketing Support



Assist with planning and delivering marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels. Support the monitoring, creation and scheduling of social media posts and tracking engagement metrics. Update website content and assist with web-based projects (e.g. landing pages, product listings). Contribute to email marketing campaigns (Mailchimp) Liaise with external suppliers (e.g. printers, event organisers, media contacts) Assist with planning, organising exhibitions/events, attending when necessary. Perform ad hoc marketing duties as required.

Skills & Experience



Minimum 3 years' experience in graphic design, ideally within a marketing-focused in-house or agency environment. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Good understanding of digital and social media platforms. Proficiency in IT tools, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Excellent eye for detail and strong layout/design skills. Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Self-starter with a can-do attitude and a collaborative approach. Strong organisational and planning abilities Good understanding of websites and CMS platforms including creating and managing content and landing pages

Additional Skills:



Familiarity with project management software (e.g. monday.com) Knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics Experience with basic video editing, photography Full, clean driving Licence

Pay: 30,000.00-32,000.00 per year
