Role Overview
The Graphic & Multimedia Designer will be responsible for producing visual and multimedia design work that supports GinSen's branding, marketing, and digital communication needs. The role requires the ability to interpret design briefs, develop creative visual solutions, and deliver consistent, high-quality outputs aligned with brand guidelines.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Interpret design briefs and communication objectives in collaboration with internal teams
Design layouts, graphics, and visual assets for digital platforms, including websites, social media, online advertising, and blog content
Produce promotional and branded materials such as digital banners, brochures, and marketing visuals
Create and edit multimedia content, including short-form videos and basic motion graphics
Apply and maintain brand identity and visual standards across all design outputs
Adapt designs for different formats, platforms, and usage requirements
Review, amend, and finalise designs based on feedback and project needs
Maintain awareness of current design trends and digital media best practices
Skills and Competencies
Strong understanding of visual communication, layout, typography, and colour theory
Ability to translate concepts and ideas into clear and engaging visual designs
Competence in producing digital and multimedia design outputs
Good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
Attention to detail and consistency in design work
Tools and Software
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Multimedia and video tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or equivalent
Familiarity with preparing assets for digital and online platforms
Qualifications and Experience
Professional experience working as a Graphic Designer or Multimedia Designer
A relevant qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or a related field is preferred but not essential
A strong portfolio demonstrating relevant design and multimedia work is required
