Summary

We are seeking a talented Designer to join our growing creative team in the heart of the Birmingham jewelelry quarter. This role will be based in our head office in Birmingham and is pivotal in enhancing our brand's visual identity through innovative design solutions that resonate with our clientele.

Ideally website / ecommerce experienced, we're looking to constantly improve the UX of our customers through improving our websites, and to help drive more conversion through design.

Responsibilities

Assist & Develop and execute creative concepts for marketing campaigns, social media, and product promotions. Design high-quality graphics for print and digital media, ensuring brand consistency. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create visually appealing presentations and promotional materials. Utilize Adobe Creative Suite tools to produce engaging designs that reflect our luxury brand image. Create and maintain design templates for various marketing channels. Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into your work. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Provide support in photography and video editing as needed.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role in a luxury or B2C retail environment. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is essential. Knowledge of Figma and digital design principles. Excellent branding skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and details. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated. Strong communication skills to effectively present ideas and concepts. Familiarity with web design principles is a plus but not mandatory. A portfolio showcasing your design work is required.
