Job purpose



As part of one of the UK's fastest-growing and most disruptive waste resource management companies, you'll create exceptional, bold graphic and multimedia content that cuts through the noise in a traditionally "not-so-sexy" waste sector.

You'll craft high-quality design assets that powerfully support the marketing and commercial teams in promoting Axil's services, ensuring brand consistency across all channels. You'll actively contribute to refining our brand identity as we grow, create templates, and visual standards, while bringing fresh creative ideas to campaign planning, content strategy, and storytelling.

Beyond external communications, you'll also deliver impactful design solutions for internal projects, helping every part of Axil tell its story with clarity and style.

Key responsibilities



Contribute creative ideas and solutions proactively

, suggesting new approaches to design challenges to improve campaign outcomes and audience engagement.

Create, edit, and enhance impactful animations and videos

(short and long form- from existing or B-Roll footage) to bring our marketing campaigns, client stories, service promotions, and internal communications to life. Add motion graphics, subtitles, and branding overlays to videos to ensure professional standards and accessibility.

Stay up to date with design, video, and animation trends

, software developments, and B2B communication best practices to keep outputs fresh and competitive.

Collaborate on storyboarding, scripting, and planning video content

with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure every narrative aligns with strategic objectives and brand voice.

Design eye-catching social media assets

(organic and paid), including static graphics, icons, infographics, and dynamic animated posts that engage, inform, and inspire our B2B audiences.

Create impactful website graphics and assets

to support digital campaigns, service pages, and thought leadership content, ensuring brand consistency and a professional corporate look.

Design professional short guides, whitepapers, and downloadable resources

, transforming content and briefs into digestible, visually appealing materials that position Axil as an industry leader.

Elevate sales proposals, tender submissions, and client presentations

by designing visually compelling layouts, infographics, and covers that enhance messaging and support winning bids.

Craft polished, on-brand PowerPoint presentations

and slide decks that effectively communicate insights, strategies, and pitches to internal and external stakeholders.

Produce standout marketing collateral

such as brochures, case studies, factsheets, flyers, banners, and adverts that clearly communicate our services, solutions, and value proposition.

Design engaging internal communications materials

, including employee newsletters, posters, signage, and intranet visuals that keep teams informed, motivated, and aligned with company goals.

Manage external suppliers or freelancers where required

, including briefing, reviewing, and ensuring quality of outsourced creative work.

Conduct quality checks and proofing of all materials

, ensuring error-free, brand-compliant, and commercially effective outputs.

Work independently to take briefs and deliver high-quality outputs

, managing and leading multiple design projects from concept to completion, while ensuring accuracy, attention to detail, and timely delivery.

Maintain an organised digital asset library,

ensuring efficient version control, asset retrieval, and archiving for ongoing marketing efficiency.

Maintain and evolve brand consistency

across all outputs, ensuring every design reflects our professional, corporate identity and resonates with B2B audiences.

Pay: 30,000.00-35,000.00 per year
