Aquaterra Energy is a leader in delivering intelligently engineered products and services for well access and offshore developments, supporting efficient operations across the full life of oil, gas, and energy transition projects. We're looking for a creative and proactive Graphic Designer to join our in-house marketing team in Norwich. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you'll help bring our brand and stories to life across digital, print and video platforms. From social media content and presentations to product literature and campaign visuals, you'll play a key role in supporting our global marketing and sales efforts.
This is a great opportunity for a designer with a few years' experience who's ready to take on a varied and creative role. You'll work across a wide range of design projects, including video, social media, brochures, email templates, internal comms, and event collateral. You'll also support our lead generation and brand awareness campaigns, ensuring every visual asset reflects Aquaterra Energy's reputation for technical excellence and innovation.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop high-quality digital and print materials, including social media graphics, videos, brochures, PowerPoint presentations, email templates, and case studies.
Contribute creative design support for global campaigns, helping to build brand awareness and generate leads.
Design and deliver event collateral, such as exhibition banners, signage, and on-screen visuals.
Produce clear and visually engaging technical illustrations and infographics to help communicate engineering ideas and solutions.
Capture and coordinate photography, video, and other creative assets to support campaigns and content creation.
Manage multiple design projects from concept to delivery, ensuring brand consistency and attention to detail.
Create engaging internal and external communication materials and templates to support company-wide initiatives
ABOUT YOU
You're an adaptable designer who enjoys combining creativity with technical precision. You're comfortable switching between print, digital, and motion design - and you take pride in producing polished, professional work that communicates complex ideas clearly.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Experience in a graphic design role (in-house or agency).
Degree/HNC in Graphic Design, visual communications or similar
Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite - particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
Confident in Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint and Word.
Experience using Canva for quick-turnaround content.
Understanding of B2B design principles and how to communicate technical information clearly and visually.
Understanding of video production, with some experience filming, editing, or sourcing footage.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work to deadlines.
DESIRABLE
Experience with technical design or 3D rendering, such as importing assets from SolidWorks or similar
Photography and videography skills.
Familiarity with engineering, energy, or technical sectors.
