A bit about the role...



This role is responsible for delivering and leading innovative, integrated creative projects across digital motion graphics media, translating the requirements of a brief, and delivering work aligned to brand strategies and business processes.

What you'll be doing...



Act as the lead designer for assigned projects, working independently or as part of multi-disciplinary project teams, acting as first point of contact for design and motion graphic related issues. Design and produce creative output as required for customer facing and internal business activities, to deliver the brief, customer experience requirements and brand core values. Deliver on time, outputs of own work and project teams, reporting status and progress, and escalating issues. Present creative concepts to internal, external clients and stakeholders as required, clearly explaining rationale and influencing changes to thinking where required to deliver the most effective solutions. Become a subject matter expert for Allwyn and The National Lottery brand guidelines, assets and brand strategies Ensure all work adheres to legal, regulatory and technical standards, style guides, and processes. Ensure work produced is correctly named, archived and version controlled. Champion developments in own field to drive benefits for Allwyn. Engage with 3rd party suppliers to ensure involvement on any projects which might affect creative output, liaising with them as appropriate on requirements for delivery.

What experience we're looking for...






Motion Animation

Proven experience of motion graphics design (animation, compositing, effects etc After Effects CC) Experience of 3D (animation, modelling, lighting etc, Cinema 4D, 3D Studio max) Ability to create storyboards that effectively describe solutions to briefs Proven experience of creating and supplying designs for Digital Out of Home Understanding of different video formats and production techniques Video editing experience Ability to execute from concept through to final artwork. Understanding of social media platforms and emerging trends
General

Proven experience of Adobe Creative Suite (and other creative/production)

e.g.: Illustrator, Photoshop etc
Comfortable working on a variety of creative and production briefs. Comfortable presenting work, challenging and influencing peers, customers and stakeholders. Understanding of brand strategy, visual and verbal identity development. Advanced knowledge of creative/art direction methodologies. Knowledge across the disciplines sufficient to lead the creative fulfilment of assigned projects.
