The Role

We're looking for a

Creative Advertising Coordinator

to join our team. This is an entry-level role --

no experience required

as full training will be provided.

In this role, you'll work closely with our clients to gather the information we need for their new advert designs, then pass this on to our in-house designers. You'll play a key part in making sure every advert looks professional, fits the client's brand, and works well on our Post Office TV screens.

You won't be doing the design yourself, but you'll be guiding the creative process and making sure the client's vision comes to life.

Key Responsibilities

Speak with clients to understand their advertising goals. Collect and organise content (logos, images, wording, offers, contact details). Provide clear instructions and feedback to our design team. Review drafts with clients and pass on changes where needed. Ensure adverts are engaging and delivered on time. Keep multiple client projects on track.

What We're Looking For

No prior experience needed -- just enthusiasm and willingness to learn. Good communication skills and a friendly, professional manner. A creative eye and the ability to imagine how an advert could look. Strong organisation skills to handle several projects at once. Confidence to work with both clients and designers.
