Summary:



You will be working as part of a team or independently on multiple solar sites across the company portfolio, making sure that they are maintained to a high standard. You will be motivated, hardworking and be a strong team player.

Responsibilities:



You will work from a weekly schedule with details of all the sites you will be visiting and what jobs must be done. You will occasionally be required to work away from home, at our more remote sites. You will be required to cut grassland using our quads, tractors, toppers, flails and pedestrian mowers. You will need to use a strimmer on any areas of longer grass and wildflower meadows. Maintain good control over all weeds. You may be asked by the Team Manager or O&M Coordinator to carry out one off tasks and projects that could include temporary fencing and site security. You must make sure that all tasks are carried out following company policy and within good Health and Safety practice If you complete daily tasks ahead of schedule, you must speak to the O&M Coordinator before leaving site. You must work as part of a team and maintain high levels of communication with your colleagues at all times.

Key Skills:

Full UK Driving Licence and be qualified/ competent at towing maintenance equipment to and from our sites.

Experience of Mowing, Strimming, Hedge Cutting, Tree/Hedge planting and maintenance of Hedge/ Tree planting. Experience of Weed spraying.
