We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Grill Cook to join our busy kitchen team. Responsibilities

Prepare and cook a variety of grilled dishes according to recipes and quality standards Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet customer expectations Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the grill station and surrounding areas Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times Assist with meal preparation tasks as required, supporting the overall kitchen operation Monitor stock levels of ingredients and notify management when supplies are low Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during busy periods Adhere to all health and safety guidelines to create a safe working environment

Requirements

Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or as a kitchen assistant within a restaurant setting Knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices Previous experience working with grilled dishes or barbecue is desirable Strong organisational skills and ability to work efficiently under pressure Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team Flexibility to work during peak hours, including weekends and evenings if required A genuine passion for culinary arts and delivering exceptional customer service

Pay: 12.50-14.50 per hour
