Duties
Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
Oversee food production processes, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish served.
Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock levels to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Develop and implement menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety standards.
Train and mentor kitchen staff in cooking techniques, food preparation methods, and presentation skills.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment, adhering to hygiene standards at all times.

Proven supervising experience in a professional kitchen environment.
Strong background in food production and culinary techniques.
Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team.
Proficient in food preparation and cooking methods across various cuisines.
Extensive kitchen experience with a solid understanding of restaurant operations.
Strong culinary experience with a passion for creating innovative dishes.
Knowledge of hospitality principles and customer service excellence.
Exceptional leadership abilities with strong communication skills.
