We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Grill Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation and cooking, with a strong focus on quality and food safety. As a Grill Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of grilled dishes while ensuring that all meals meet our high standards of taste and presentation. Your culinary experience will contribute to creating an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook grilled items according to menu specifications and customer preferences Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and standards Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the grill station and surrounding kitchen area Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and communicate needs to the kitchen manager Assist in meal preparation for special events or large orders as required Follow all health and safety guidelines in the kitchen environment

Qualifications

Previous experience in a kitchen environment, preferably in a grill or cooking role Strong culinary skills with an emphasis on food preparation and cooking techniques Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues A passion for cooking and serving high-quality meals to guests

Pay: From 13.51 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 44 per week
