We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Grill Cook to join our culinary team. Duties

Prepare and cook a variety of grilled dishes according to recipes and customer specifications Ensure all food is cooked to the correct temperature and presentation standards Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the grill station, adhering to food safety regulations Assist in meal preparation, including marinating, seasoning, and portioning ingredients Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and notify management when supplies are low Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods Follow health and safety guidelines at all times, including proper handling and storage of food items Assist with general kitchen duties as required, supporting the overall smooth operation of the restaurant

Experience

Previous experience in a kitchen environment, preferably within a restaurant setting Proven skills in food preparation and cooking, with specific experience in grilling techniques Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in hygiene management Experience with meal preparation for large orders is advantageous Familiarity with restaurant service operations and customer service principles is desirable

Pay: 12.21-14.00 per hour
