We're looking for an experienced Market Supervisor to join our busy grocery team. If you have a background in high?volume retail or grocery environments and enjoy leading teams to deliver excellent results, this role could be ideal for you.

What you'll do:

Oversee daily operations in the grocery department, ensuring stock is received, stored, and displayed correctly. Maintain compliance with food safety and health & safety standards. Support with daily stock ordering and replenishment based on customer demand. Lead and motivate your team to deliver efficient, high?quality service.

Requirements:

At least 1 year of experience working as a supervisor within a high-volume retail department or grocery stores. Someone with fantastic communication skills and able to lead, motivate, and inspire a team. Excellent organisational skills and can-do attitude. Experience receiving deliveries or working in a stockroom is beneficial but not essential. Availability to work onsite with a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and available for early morning start at 5 am. Willingness to be flexible and support multiple teams. This role is full-time, and successful candidates will be available to work flexibly across the week between 5 am and 9 pm, as we cannot accommodate fixed shifts. Right to work in the UK. Fluent in English.
