We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual/gangs to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities and contributing to a positive environment. Work required on site at the moment will be all types of road works, such as drainage, gullies, services and road crossings.
Duties
Assist in the daily operations and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
Maintain a high standard of service and professionalism at all times.
Manage administrative tasks, including documentation and reporting.
Engage with clients or customers to provide support and address any inquiries.
Participate in training sessions and contribute to team development initiatives.
Experience
Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
Basic proficiency in using office software and technology is preferred.
A willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as required.
