We are a well established construction company, and we are growing!

Due to our continued expansion, we currently are looking to recruit experienced groundworkers.

The growth of our company is creating exciting and fresh opportunities for employees to develop and grow and be a part of something great. We have exciting opportunities for the right candidates to carry out the groundworks associated with the construction of portal frame buildings within the Agricultural and Commercial sectors. you will be fully integrated within our experienced and dedicated construction teams.

We offer permanent employment with a range of sites across West and south Wales with a minimum of 9 - 12 hours per day. We offer competitive salary with career/trade progression

Duties:

Candidates should have experience of general construction works, but not specifically to the assembly and installation of steel frames . experience should include

Earthworks, soil strip and bulk excavation to formation levels Excavation of strip and column base Foundations installation of substructure drainage and service ducts Installation of precast concrete walling Installation of formwork and construction of foundations and oversite concrete slabs Erect scaffolding and other temporary structures to support work activities Follow safety procedures and use personal protective equipment (PPE) to ensure a safe work environment Collaborate with other construction workers and contractors to complete projects on time

Skills required:-

- Ability to follow instructions, read and interpret construction drawings
- Good problem solving skills and work effectively as part of a team

-Physical strength and stamina to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license for transportation to job sites

Pay: 13.00-14.00 per hour
