Responsibilities

Perform tree trimming and care using appropriate techniques to ensure the health of trees. Operate bucket trucks safely for high-access tree maintenance tasks. Conduct landscape maintenance including mowing, edging, and planting. Utilize GIS technology to map and manage landscape projects effectively. Implement lawn care practices such as aeration, fertilization, and pest control. Collaborate with team members to execute landscaping projects from start to finish. Maintain equipment used in tree care and landscape maintenance to ensure optimal performance. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their landscaping needs.

Requirements

Proven experience in rigging techniques for safe tree removal or trimming. Familiarity with GIS applications related to landscape management is preferred. Proficient in operating bucket trucks and other landscaping equipment. Strong knowledge of tree care practices including pruning, trimming, and disease management. Experience in lawn care and landscape maintenance is essential. Background in horticulture or related field is highly desirable. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while adhering to safety protocols. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
