Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Ground worker. This role is integral to our operations, requiring a proactive approach and a commitment to excellence. The successful candidate will contribute to our mission by ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively, fostering a positive environment for both colleagues and clients.

These works are across the South East London in multiple police station.

Duties

Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives. Experience in excavating, foundations, rebar, shuttering, containment ducts. Experience in Bricklaying Execute daily tasks with precision, ensuring adherence to company standards and protocols. Maintain a clean and organised workspace, promoting safety and efficiency. Communicate effectively with colleagues and management, providing updates on progress and challenges. Assist in the training of new staff members, sharing knowledge and best practices. Participate in team meetings, contributing ideas for process improvements and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a similar role is essential Valid CSCS Strong organisational skills with an attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated. Familiarity with relevant tools or software is beneficial but not mandatory.
