Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a Grounworker (Several roles available from Apprentice to Skilled Groundworkers). This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities and providing exceptional service to our clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving, contributing to the overall success of our organisation.

Our jobs vary in location across Scotland and at times operatives could be asked to stay away, but not essential. The working hours will also vary from time to time depending on the job, but always something to do for the right candidate and hours will be available.

Duties

Assist in the execution of daily tasks to ensure efficient workflow. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to projects and activities. Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives. Identify areas for improvement within processes and suggest innovative solutions.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential; a willingness to learn is key. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability. A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Pay: 7.55-18.00 per hour
