About the Role:

L Lynch Plant & Haulage is looking for skilled

Groundworkers

to join our team on a major Tier One client project near Inverness. You'll be involved in all aspects of groundwork operations, supporting drainage, kerbing, and road construction works. This role suits reliable individuals with proven site experience who take pride in quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out general groundworks including drainage, ducting, concreting, kerbing, and edging. Assist with setting out levels and preparing foundations. Operate plant and small tools safely and efficiently. Follow site drawings and supervisor instructions accurately. Maintain a safe and tidy work area at all times. Support the Ganger and Foreman to achieve daily targets. Comply with all UK Health & Safety and site procedures.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a

Groundworker

in highways, drainage, or civil engineering. Knowledge of road and drainage construction methods. Valid

CSCS Card

.

CPCS

or

NPORS

certification for plant operation (e.g. Dumper, Roller, Excavator) preferred.

Street Works (NRSWA)

accreditation beneficial. Strong focus on safety, teamwork, and quality workmanship.
