Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Ground Worker. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our activities and contributes significantly to our overall success on Power Line and Telecom Construction projects. Duties

Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and deadlines. Assist in the planning and execution of daily tasks while maintaining high standards of quality. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to projects and activities. Provide support in problem-solving and troubleshooting issues as they arise.

Qualifications

Driving Licence. - Essential CSCS card required. - Essential Street Works Operative ticket - Preferred Proven experience in a relevant field is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. A proactive approach to problem-solving with a positive attitude towards challenges. Working away from home may be required. Lodge and subsistence are paid.

Approx 50 hours per week.

Salary: Negotiable Dependant on experience & qualifications.
