to join our team in Kent The successful candidate will play a vital role in site preparation and groundwork duties to support construction activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Site preparation and clearance
Digging and backfilling trenches
Concreting, kerbing, and paving
Drainage installation and repair
Laying foundations and footings
Operating plant machinery (if qualified)
Following health and safety procedures at all times
Supporting other trades on site as required
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Groundworker
Valid CSCS card (essential)
CPCS/NPORS for plant machinery (desirable but not essential)
Ability to read and interpret site plans
Good physical fitness and stamina
Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
