Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dependable groundworker to oversee and coordinate various construction projects. This role involves supervising crew members, ensuring safety protocols, and assisting with technical tasks related to general groundworks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and civil engineering and ideally hold relevant plant tickets, with a focus on growth and development within the industry.
Duties
Work on own initiative and plan and deliver tasks daily. CPCS or NPORS training preferred.

Conduct GIS mapping and site assessments to plan project execution Perform or oversee tree care activities including pruning, trimming, and removal . Good understanding of H & S regulations and implementation. Work collaboratively with all meembers of the team from site operatives to management.
Experience
Proven experience with all forms of groundworks is desirable. Plant training is beneficial either CPCS or NPORS and a driving licence. Prior leadership or supervisory experience as a ganger or crew leader is advantageous but not required; willingness to develop leadership skills is essential
