About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and hardworking Groundworker to join our team. The ideal candidate must hold a valid Blue CSCS Card and have a solid background in all aspects of groundwork. You will play a key role in preparing and maintaining construction sites, ensuring work is carried out to the highest standards of safety and quality
.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out general groundwork duties including drainage, kerbing, concreting, slabbing, and trenching. Operate plant and machinery where required (with relevant tickets). Assist with site preparation, levelling, and finishing works. Follow health and safety guidelines at all times. Work closely with site supervisors and other trades to deliver projects on time.
Requirements:
Valid Blue CSCS Card (essential). Previous experience as a groundworker on construction sites. Ability to read and work from site drawings (desirable). Knowledge of health & safety procedures. Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
