We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Groundworker to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in various construction and landscaping projects, ensuring that all groundwork is completed to the highest standards. Duties

Carry out excavation and ground preparation tasks for construction projects. Assist in the installation of drainage systems, foundations, and other groundwork structures. Operate hand tools and machinery safely and efficiently. Maintain a clean and organised work environment, ensuring all materials are stored correctly. Collaborate with team members and follow instructions from supervisors to meet project deadlines. Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times, reporting any hazards or incidents immediately.

Requirements

Previous experience in groundwork or a related field is advantageous but not essential. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Physical fitness and stamina for manual labour tasks. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. A valid driving licence is preferred but not mandatory. Willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to the trade.
