Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in the Yorkshire area for skilled Groundworks operatives and Block Pavers. The role involves performing various groundwork tasks, including operating tools and machinery, preparing sites for construction, laying block paving kerb replacement & and adjustment of street furniture , and ensuring that work sites are safe and clean. The operative will work under the supervision of general foreman and collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently.

Qualifications

Experience in groundwork and block paving Proficiency in operating relevant tools and machinery Ability to understand and follow site plans and blueprints Physical stamina and capability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Ability to work as part of a team and independently Good communication skills Previous experience in construction is a plus Valid CSCS card is preferred but not mandatory

1-3 years of experience in groundwork and block paving

Must be located in commutable distance to Doncaster, England, United Kingdom

Ability to understand and follow site plans and blueprints

Physical stamina and capability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

Ability to work as part of a team and independently

Good communication skills

Previous experience in construction is a plus

Valid CSCS card is preferred but not mandatory
