Grounds Maintenance & Fencing Team Leader

to join our growing team.

The Role

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing and working alongside a small team on a variety of fencing and grounds maintenance projects. This is a hands-on role requiring both leadership and practical skills to ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Responsibilities:

Lead a small team delivering fencing and grounds maintenance works Carry out hands-on fencing installation, repairs, and grounds care Plan and organise daily tasks to ensure smooth job delivery Ensure compliance with health & safety procedures Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles on site Act as point of contact for management and clients on site Train and support junior team members
About You

We're looking for someone with proven experience in fencing and/or grounds maintenance and/or tree care who is ready to take on a leadership role.

Requirements:

Experience in fencing installation and/or grounds maintenance and/or tree work Previous supervisory or team-leading experience (preferred) Good organisational and problem-solving skills Strong communication and leadership ability Full UK driving licence (towing licence desirable) CSCS card (desirable) CS30, CS31, CS38 (desirable)
