Hours: 40 per week (Monday - Friday)

The Role:

We are currently seeking to recruit a hardworking and motivated Ground Maintenance Person. The successful candidate will work with a small team ensuring all relevant works are carried out in a safe and timely manner.

General grounds maintenance, sweeping, litter picking, power washing, emptying and washing external bins, gutter cleaning and any other general duties required. Driving, operating and maintaining a range of equipment / machinery - this will include grass-cutters, hedge trimmers, strimmers, push mowers and ride-on mowers Using a range of hand - held equipment and tools associated with the role including rollers, spades, forks and spraying equipment. Maintenance of grass areas. Hedge-cutting, chemical control and application. Constructional labouring duties associated with the post and assisting other team members in their duties. Working as part of a small team. The maintenance/completion of accurate records and maintenance logs Any other general duties as required.
Knowledge/Skills/Qualifications

Experience in a similar Ground Maintenance or Labourer role Driving licence Flexibility to work at various sites within Northern Ireland. Willing to work at height, when required Ability to act on your own initiative as well as part of a small team Hardworking with a can-do attitude Construction Skills Register card is desirable Trailer licence category is desirable
