Salary:

26,208 per annum

Hours:

Full-time, 40 hours per week

Grounds Maintenance Operative

to join our friendly and hardworking team.


?? What You'll Be Doing:


As part of our Grounds Maintenance team, you'll help keep our communal spaces safe, tidy, and beautiful. Your responsibilities will include:

Mowing lawns, strimming, weeding, and planting shrubs, trees, and flowers Assessing site conditions and choosing the best approach for each job Carrying out estate checks and reporting any health and safety concerns Safely operating and maintaining machinery and equipment

?? What We're Looking For:

NVQ Level 1 or equivalent qualifications A valid full UK driving licence Experience in grounds maintenance and horticultural tasks A good understanding of health and safety practices A positive attitude and great customer service skills
