We are seeking a dedicated Grounds Maintenance Worker to join our team in the UK. This role is vital in ensuring that our clients' outdoor areas are well-maintained and aesthetically pleasing, contributing directly to our mission of delivering exceptional service.
Responsibilities
Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, and planting. Operate and maintain hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently. Conduct regular inspections of grounds to identify maintenance needs. Collaborate with team members to complete projects in a timely manner. Ensure compliance with safety regulations while performing duties. Maintain equipment and report any malfunctions or repairs needed. Support gardening activities to enhance the beauty of client properties.
Qualifications
Proven experience in landscape maintenance or similar roles.. Proficient in using hand tools and power tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good physical fitness and stamina for outdoor work. Attention to detail and commitment to quality service.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 26,208.00-30,000.00 per year
