We currently have a vacancy for a

Grounds

Maintenance Operative

, working across various contracted sites in Dartford, Erith and Gravesend

.

Core working hours are

8am to 4pm Monday to Friday

with extra hours can be available. You will carry out general grounds maintenance. You will be proactive in helping assess for maintenance issues, health and safety.

What makes a successful Grounds Maintenance Caretaker?

You will show a keen interest in gardening, no trade qualifications are required but previous experience in a similar type role would be highly advantageous. Must live in or around Dartford, Erith and Gravesendwhich is essential for pick up. You will demonstrate good decision-making skills and common sense. You will take pride in consistently providing a high standard of customer service as you will be acting as a Community Property Care representative when on site. You will have experience of working to achieve agreed targets and completing them within an agreed time frame. You will be a team player who ensures that all our estates and communal areas are clean, tidy and in a safe condition. You must hold a current and full

Driving Licence

(essential as on occasions you will be required to use a Company van as a tool of the job).
