Grounds Maintenance Operative

to work as part of a team

on

a static site at Solent Business Park.

As a

Grounds Maintenance Operative

you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our grounds maintenance operations. Your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Carrying out a complete range of grounds maintenance tasks as directed by your line manager. Conducting regular inspections of grounds and report any potential on-site hazards or equipment malfunction and take corrective actions as needed. Ensuring that you observe safety procedures and use safe working practices specifically regarding COSHH and Risk Assessments, reporting accidents and near misses to your line manager. Contributing to a positive team dynamic, building productive and professional relationships with team members, other employees, managers, clients, and external agencies. Providing support in the completion of any necessary documentation or reports, such as timesheets or site condition updates, as needed.

Role Requirements:

Experience in all aspects of commercial grounds maintenance Full clean driving license Plant knowledge and other tickets an advantage Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Able to display a positive and can-do attitude PA1/6 spray license and Trailer license desirable
