We're looking for a
Grounds Maintenance Operative
who will deliver excellent service standards, while meeting SLA agreements and maintaining outdoor spaces to the highest quality.Hourly Rate of Pay: 12.60
Position Type: Permanent
Type of Employment: Full Time
Total Weekly Contractual Hours: 40
Location: Regional Recruitment - Hemel Hempstead, Amersham, High Wycombe, Aylesbury,Hertfordshire, England, HP1 1AB
Requirement: Full UK driving licence
Role Responsibilities:
Carry out grass and hedge cutting, border maintenance, leaf clearing, spraying, and litter picking Operate hand tools and powered horticultural machinery safely and effectively Deliver winter services including gritting, snow clearance, and Christmas tree installation Report site hazards and relevant information to management Follow health and safety procedures and undertake additional training as required
What we're looking for:
Passion for working outdoors in agile and flexible environments Good understanding of smartphone technology Grounds maintenance experience is desirable but not essential PAI & PA6 spraying license is a plus
