Salary: 12.24 - 12.98 per hour + Team Leader Allowance of 1587.95 per annum

Full Time: 39 hours per week - Monday to Friday

Location: Based in Bournville, Birmingham

Job Profile

As a Grounds Maintenance Team Leader, you will be joining our Maintenance team who are dedicated Grounds Care professionals in providing a quality landscape service.


Managing your own team of 2 or 3 to deliver grounds maintenance works, overseeing quality standards, and health and safety within your team, and to demonstrate company values through a positive culture and can-do attitude.


Working in teams, you will be responsible for a range of activities from grass cutting, strimming, hedge pruning, flower bed maintenance and management of hard surfaces.

Candidate Profile

You will be values driven and focused on delivering a great service:


Demonstrable experience in grounds maintenance, including ride-on machinery and hand tools. Able to work safely using a range of equipment and hand tools e.g., strimmer's, backpack blowers, pedestrian, and ride on mowers etc. Able to work on your own or as a part of a team, providing a good quality service with attention to detail. Must be physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Positive and professional attitude Full driving licence DBS check
