Mitie Landscapes is offering an exciting opportunity for a Grounds Maintenance Supervisor to join the UK's market-leading FM company. In this role, you will report to the Contracts Manager and play a key part in supporting the delivery of our Grounds Maintenance and Winter Services contracts. Your main responsibilities will include supervising a team of both mobile and static grounds maintenance operatives, planning and coordinating maintenance work to ensure efficient use of resources, and overseeing all aspects of winter maintenance operations. You will also be expected to lead by example and promote a strong health and safety culture across your teams.



We are looking for someone with a passion for working outdoors and who is comfortable in a flexible and agile working environment. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in grounds maintenance and gritting operations, hold PA1 and PA6 spraying licenses, and have some supervisory experience. A good understanding of smartphone technology and a full driving licence are essential to perform effectively in this role.
