We are currently seeking a hardworking and reliable Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our growing team in Dukinfield. The successful candidate will be responsible for the upkeep and care of a variety of outdoor spaces, ensuring they are clean, safe, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

Grass cutting, strimming, hedge trimming, and pruning Weed control and chemical application (PA1/PA6 desirable) Leaf clearance General soft landscaping duties Operate and maintain machinery and equipment safely Work independently or as part of a team across various sites Provide excellent customer service to clients on-site Adhere to health and safety procedures at all times

Requirements:

Previous experience in grounds maintenance or a similar role preferred Full UK driving licence (essential) Towing experience (desirable) PA1/PA6 spraying qualifications (desirable) Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Physically fit and able to undertake manual work Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail Willingness to learn and develop new skills
