to join our team.

Location:

Saundersfoot, Pembrokeshire, UK - with some travel to other Parks within the Group

Hours:

5 days per week, including bank holidays and some weekend working during the holiday season

Overview

This role is essential in ensuring that our outdoor spaces are well-maintained, aesthetically pleasing, and safe for all users. The ideal candidate will have a passion for gardening and landscape maintenance, coupled with practical experience in groundskeeping.

Responsibilities

Perform regular maintenance of gardens and landscaped areas, including mowing, trimming, and weeding. Dig, build, and maintain flower beds, shrubs, and trees to enhance the overall appearance of the grounds. Irrigate plants and lawns as required to ensure healthy growth. Conduct routine inspections of the grounds to identify areas needing attention or repair. Support the Grounds Maintenance team with maintenance works around our Parks Collaborate with team members to complete larger landscaping projects as needed. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for various landscaping tasks. Maintain equipment used in groundskeeping, ensuring it is in good working order.

Experience

Previous experience in garden maintenance or groundskeeping desirable. Mechanical knowledge to enable effective operation and maintenance of landscaping equipment Familiarity with landscape maintenance techniques and best practices. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail. Previous experience in siting caravans and / or laying decking would be an advantage
