We are seeking a reliable and hard working Grounds Person to join our professional tree surgery team. The role involves supporting arborists in all ground based operations, ensuring the safe and efficient execution of tree work and site clearance.
Responsibilities
Assist climbers with tools, ropes and equipment during tree surgery operations.
Clear and process debris from work site efficiently.
Load and transport logs, branches and wood chips.
Set up and maintain safe working zones including signage and barriers.
Communicate effectively with team members and clients as required.
Follow health and safety guidelines while working on-site.
Requirements
Good level of physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in all weather.
Team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
Punctual, dependable and safety conscious.
