Job Description

Summary

Maintain and repair equipment so work and public areas function well. Maintain the outdoor area so it is tidy and presentable for customers.

The role includes the following tasks

Make changes to the internal & external environment to improve customer flow, fixtures and fittings Communicate and liaise with all on site so tasks are completed efficiently and effectively Carry out adhoc minor repairs to equipment, furniture, facilities Groundskeeping: regular mowing of lawns and leaf removal, litter picking, Install, maintain and repair equipment, furniture, fittings & facilities Empty bins & process recycling Address basic malfunction and settings of machinery e.g. lift, fire, intruder alarm systems, automatic doors, cctv, heating, cooling, ventilation Ensure storage areas and equipment stores are fit for purpose, clean and tidy. Report any issues with site and equipment security Identify and rectify health and safety infringements and issues
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.35 per hour

Expected hours: 15 per week
