Position Summary

Due to continued expansion, we are seeking skilled and motivated

Plant Operators

to join our growing

Sports & Leisure Division

. This role involves nationwide travel and regular working away from home (Monday to Friday). You will be responsible for operating plant machinery and assisting with the installation of play areas, sports courts, and associated groundwork tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Operate a variety of plant machinery (e.g. excavators, dumpers, rollers) in line with project needs Assist in the installation of Play Parks and MUGAs including groundwork preparation, surfacing, and equipment installation Ensure compliance with health and safety standards on-site Carry out daily maintenance and safety checks on machinery Work collaboratively with site teams to meet project deadlines Interpret site drawings and follow installation plans Maintain a high level of workmanship with attention to detail

Requirements

Proven experience in groundwork and/or construction environments Competent in operating plant and power tools Valid

CSCS card

(minimum)

CPCS or NPORS

plant operator qualifications Full UK Driving Licence Strong team player with the ability to work independently Good communication and problem-solving skills Willingness to travel and work away from home Monday-Friday
