MAC Groundwork Contractors Ltd are a Staffordshire-based specialist contractor delivering high-quality Play Parks, Multi-Use Games Areas (MUGAs), and sports facilities nationwide. Our reputation is built on excellent workmanship, attention to detail, and delivering safe, engaging recreational spaces for communities across the UK.

As our Sports & Leisure Division continues to expand, we're looking for a reliable and experienced Site Foreman to lead installation teams on projects around the country.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the on-site delivery of play area and MUGA installations Oversee ground preparation, equipment installation, and pre-surfacing works Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard Coordinate with clients, site teams, and subcontractors Set out works from drawings and ensure compliance with specifications Maintain clear site records and communicate progress to management Travel and work away from home (overnight stays required when >1.5hrs from base)
Requirements

Full UK Driving Licence (Essential) Digger & Dumper tickets (CPCS or NPORS) CSCS Card (Minimum requirement) Confident leading small teams on active sites Able to work independently and problem-solve on the job Comfortable reading site plans and managing groundwork/surfacing prep Physically fit and happy to work outdoors in all condition
