Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking CSCS Groundworkers to join our clients team on a project in Aldershot.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in a new build medical building, ensuring that all groundwork is completed to the highest standards.

This position requires physical , attention to detail, and a commitment to safety as well as a strong knowledge on external finishing works

Duties

Dig trenches, lay foundations, and perform other groundwork tasks as directed. Operate hand tools and machinery safely and effectively. External finishings such as laying slabs, kerbs & edgings Ensure that all materials are handled correctly and stored safely. Maintain a clean and organised work environment. Follow health and safety regulations at all times to ensure personal and team safety. Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently.

Skills

Strong physical fitness and ability to perform manual labour for extended periods. Familiarity with construction tools and machinery is advantageous. Good communication skills to work effectively within a team. Attention to detail to ensure high-quality workmanship. Ability to follow instructions accurately and adhere to safety protocols. Previous experience in groundwork or construction is desirable but not essential.

Pay: 21.00-22.00 per hour
